Personal experiences have become the new barometer for extrapolating trends

Just a quick quote to refer to Valeria Maltoni’s post on her blog Conversation Agent. She talks about trust and how company have to constantly quest for new ways to earn trust.

I just want to point out how important is for a brand, especially established ones, to create experiences instead of simply delivering the same old school ad campaign. They have to create an experience for their customers to live.

This is the best way to let customers fall in love with the brand, talk about it and spread the word (for free).

I reccomend Valeria’s blog for her insights on marketing and communication strategies. She has indeed a lot to say!
