Europ Assistance’s NetGlobers let you surf the globe safely
Posted by: Francesco In: Travels
I was recently invited to witness the launch of NetGlobers, an interesting mashup of a travel social network and a professional guide, created by Europ Assistance.
The idea is to offer useful and trustworthy official content along with user generated content about health risks, climate situations and other information about countries you may want to visit.
The idea, born from an internal contest won by the Italian team, is to share best practices and useful information that Europ Assistance has on countries, giving also space to users, allowing them to post their reviews and comments on those locations.
The outcome looks great, anyways there’re still some bugs on the localized versions of the website, that are going to be fixed soon. Each country has pretty detailed page where users can find updated news about health risks and browse other users’ experiences.
