Is Social Media the greatest revolution of our time?

This video I got into via Pandemia is very much related to what I posted yesterday about the social media strategic framework.

I found really appropriate underlining the shift from David Ogilvy‘s perspective to Dale Carnegie‘s one. It happens that I’ve read books from both authors and indeed Carnegie’s thoughts seems much more actual and sincere than Ogilvy’s one. It’s interesting to notice that Carnegie wrote his ideas on listening and dealing honestly with people a couple of decades before Ogilvy.

Perhaps social media are helping us unveiling a truth we already knew?
