This cool infographic reminds us how quickly storage media have evolved, especially in the last decade. My memory starts only back to 1,44MB floppy disks, while now I can count on around 2TB of storage space among my MacBook Pro and external HDDs. You can easily see for yourself how large storage capacities are now important even for the consumer. Once with a 4GB SD card you could take pictures for a whole summer vacation. Last weekend I took my Nikon D5100 for a few shots in RAW and I nearly finished the whole SD card :-o
